Design by Tanner ('Tanner', 'I', 'me') is an independent brand studio operating designbytanner.co and the Studio client portal. This Privacy Policy explains what I collect, why I collect it, and how I handle it.

Account information you provide: name, email, business name, role, profile photo, and any details submitted through inquiry forms, questionnaires, or the Studio client portal.

Project information: briefs, files, messages, approvals, and content you upload as part of an engagement.

Payment information: handled by Stripe, my payment processor. I never store full card numbers on my servers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic analytics needed to keep the site secure and functional.

To deliver design services, communicate about your project, process payments, send transactional emails, and provide ongoing Studio portal access.

To improve site performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

I do not sell personal information. I do not share your data with third parties for their marketing.

I use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the Studio portal working. I may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages perform well. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Project files and account data are retained for the duration of my engagement with you and a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and portfolio purposes. You may request deletion at any time — see below.

You can request a copy of the data I hold, ask me to correct it, or request deletion by emailing tanner@designbytanner.co. I respond to verified requests within 30 days.

I use industry-standard hosting, encrypted connections, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact me immediately.
