Terms of Service.

By using designbytanner.co, the Studio client portal, or purchasing from the shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

Design services are scoped in a written proposal and agreement signed by both parties. Those project-specific terms control over anything general stated here. Timelines, deliverables, revision rounds, and ownership all live in your signed agreement.

Project work typically requires a deposit before kickoff with the balance due on final delivery. Larger engagements may be split into milestone payments. Payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Late payments may pause project work and accrue a reasonable late fee.

Shop purchases are charged at checkout. Sales tax is calculated where required.

Full ownership and IP of approved final deliverables transfers to you upon receipt of final payment. Working files, source assets, and brand guidelines created for you are yours.

Design by Tanner retains the right to display completed work in portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Each design phase includes the revision rounds specified in your agreement. Work outside the agreed scope (new pages, additional deliverables, expanded brand systems) is quoted separately before it begins.

Timely feedback, accurate information, and decision-making authority are required to keep projects on schedule. Extended delays in client review may shift timelines and incur a re-engagement fee.

Made-to-order and custom items are final sale. Stocked items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Damaged items in transit will be replaced or refunded — please contact me with photos within 7 days of receipt.

Don't use the Studio portal or services to infringe on third-party rights, distribute malicious content, or attempt to compromise the platform. I may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Services are provided 'as is'. Design by Tanner's total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement that the claim relates to.

I may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
